A. 5 sets of 3 Deadlifts Heavy

B. Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes

Odd minutes do15 Jumping Squats just get some air under your feet

Even minutes do 7 Pushups

Rest the remainder of the minute if you completed the movement with time to spare

You will have done 10 rounds of each movement in the end.
