Tomorrow do the following

1/2 Murph

800m Run

50 Ring Rows

100 Pushups

150 squats

800m Run

Do your best to try to keep your pushups in no less that sets of 3.

Really push the squats try to get at least 50 squats the first set. Ben did his squats unbroken. I think this should be your goal as well Tori. Shannon shoot for at least 50. It will get painful and slower towards the end. 

Make sure you are absolutely gassed at the end of the last 800 m Run.
