A. Tabata Fight Gone Bad

Do 8 rounds of 20 sec of work, followed by 10 sec of rest of the following exercise for total number of reps

Wall Balls 20/14, 14/10

Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55, 65/45

Box Jumps 20″

Push Press 75/55, 65/45

Row for Calories

You may need to pause the timer to move gear, but try to keep your breaks short

B. 50 v-ups

50 super man- lay on your stomach with your hands out over your head and lift both your hands and feet off the group 6 inches for one rep
