Nice work everyone last week. I hope you all enjoyed and recorded your numbers from last week. You will definitely be seeing those workouts again.

Warmup

Same as last week.

Monday and Tuesday

A. 5 sets of

3 Back Squats at 75% of your 1 rep max

rest 60

5 Strict Dumbbell Press (find a weight you can barely get the 5th one done)

rest 60

B. 75 wall balls for time.

Wednesday and Thursday

A. 5 sets of 3 Deadlift at 75% of arm

B. For time 10-20-30-20-10

Dumbbell Deadlift (Brett 40, Doug 40, Adam 30, Katie 30, Shannon 25, Heather 15, Grace 10) Same as a normal deadlift.

Pushups

Abmat situps

Friday and Saturday

A. 5 sets of 3 Strict Press at 70%

B. Fran

21-15-9

Thrusters (Brett 85, Doug 65, Adam 45, Katie 33, Shannon 33, Heather 10, Grace 10)
