A. Front Squats 5×3

B. 8 Rounds for reps

1 min of lunges 

15 sec rest

30 sec Pushups

15 sec rest

Wed and Thur

A. Strict Press 5×5

rest 60 sec

Barbell Bent over Rows

rest 60 sec

B. Death by Ring row

First minute do 1 ring row

Second minute do 2 ring rows

Keep going until you cannot get all the necessary ring rows done in the minute

Fri and Sat

A. Deadlift 5×5

B. 10-15-20-15-10


Kettlebell Swings 53/35, 44/28, 35/18
