Monday and Tuesday
A. Bent Over Rows 5×3
B. Tabata Something Else
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are ring rows, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Wednesday and Thursday
A. Front Squat 5×3
B. 3 Rounds for Time
400m Run
30 Squats
20 Pushups
10 Ring Dips

Friday and Saturday
A. Push Press 5×3
B. 5 Rounds for Time
15 Overhead Squats 65/45, 55/35, 35/20, 20/10
20 Box Jumps
25 Abmat Situps
