DB Push Press 30/20, 25/15, 15/10 You can use KB too if you want
2x DB Deadlift with same DB as push press so 42 first round, 30 second round, 18 final round

Wednesday and Thursday
A. 1×20 Bent Over Row pick weight you know you can easily get done
B. AMRAP 20
400m Run
21 KB Swings
12 Ring Rows

Friday and Saturday
A. 1×20 Strict Press again pick a low weight
B. For Time
10 Ring Dips
50 Squats
15 Ring Dips
40 Squats
20 Ring Dips
30 Squats
