Monday (here) and Tuesday (here) 1×21 back squat 1×21 back squat with 10 sec pause at bottom 1×21 back squat 20 sec up and 20 sec down then 1 mile run

Wednesday (will) and Thursday (will not)

for 30 min

2 min of jumping rope or sub box step ups

1 min of rest

Friday (will not) and Saturday (will)

AMRAP 20 min

5 Ring Rows

7 Ring Dips

9 Jumping Squats squat with a jump at the very end. kinda like the last bit of a burped
