Classes and Costs

T Town Garage Gym operates on a class structure. Classes last about an hour and begin with active stretching and a warm up. Then classes move into reviewing or teaching movements. Next we complete the workout of the day (WOD) and then finish the class off with stretching to cool down.

Classes are currently at 6am and 7am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We also have a 730am and 830am Saturday class. We are currently looking to add more classes depending on the needs of the new atheletes. If you are interested please send us an email at

In order to participate in our normal classes you must first complete our On-Ramp Program. The On-Ramp Program teaches new atheletes the basic movements used at the gym starting with the basics and moving into the more complex and challenging movements. Once completing our On-Ramp program athletes will join the regularly scheduled classes.

The first month at T Town Garage Gym costs $100 due to the nature of our On Ramp classes. Coaching is often one on one and outside of normal scheduled classes. After the first month classes cost $65 for 3 a week or $80 for unlimited classes.
