Pat Sullivan- Head Trainer/ Gym Owner

Pat has been an athlete his entire life with football being his predominate sport during his high school years.  Whether it has been weight-lifting, marathons, mountain climbing or numerous other feats, optimal training and testing the limits of his physical abilities have always been his goal.

Once Pat found CrossFit in May of 2007 he was hooked. Pat is a certified CrossFit Level I trainer.  His favorite exercise is the overhead squat and his least favorite is the hand-stand push-up.
